McCutchen Mailday #102: Another Manurelic?

I'm getting tired of all these manurelics that Topps keeps producing

Yet for some stupid reason, I keep buying these things for $1.75 and $2.50 shipping

McCutchen Mailday #254-374 over 100 new Cutch cards in a single mailday

I took advantage of many sellers discounts for Black Friday thru Cyber Monday and added over 100 new Cutch cards in a single purchase.  In addition to adding all those Cutch cards, I grabbed a few Kent Tekulve oddball cards, a few AJ parallels and the biggest Charlie Morton card in my collection (a 5x7 red 2015 numbered /10)

My goal for 2015 was to add 100 new Cutch cards to the PC and I absolutely destroyed that goal by almost quadrupling it.  I managed to grab 100 new additions on a single day for around $1.20 a piece.  While none of the new cards added were big dollar "hits" I did add a few really nice ones.

Amongst them were two manurelics from 2015 Topps.
The First Home Runs medallion and MLB Logo Pin

I also added my first Asian exclusive Topps Museum card which is the Turquoise variant numbered to 50

A few more 2009 Bowman Chrome rookies were added including the XFractor.  I also couldn't pass up adding the Polar Bear back T206 Mini to the collection

All in all, 39 of the new acquisitions are of the numbered variety.  Overall, it was a terrific haul of cards that puts me with sites of 1,000 unique Cutch cards being an early goal for 2016.

McCutchen Mailday #102: Bat Knob!!!! (sort of)

Manurelics can be annoying.

These aren't!

I actually really like these.
I'm glad that I was able to add a bat knob to my Cutch collection even if its not from a real bat.

Future Stars Commemorative Pin

I've been lacking in my timely updates because quite frankly I've been adding more cards than I can keep up with.  When I saw this at my LCS, I knew that I had to add it for the $5 pricetag.  I am glad that I added it, but wish that I had spent an extra $5 and grabbed the numbered/colored version off ebay since they have been selling as low as $10 recently.
Overall, it's a nice looking card.  Polanco has been playing like a future star these past few games and if he lives up to his potential the Pirates will have the best young outfield in the game for the next 4 seasons.
