McCutchen Mailday #151: Bowman Orange

Tracking down Cutch cards from 2010 is getting harder and harder to do since he has broken out to a Superstar level over the past few seasons.  Occasionally there are some parallels that pop up for reasonable prices though, like this 2010 Bowman Orange numbered to 250 copies that are available for $4. 

I forgot all about those pin stripe sleeveless jerseys.  I'm glad they're gone.  They remind me too much of guys like Lastings Milledge, Ramon Vazquez, and John Grabow. 



Chasing Rainbows: Russell Martin Orange Chrome Refractor

Last month I showed off my Pink Refractor of Russ numbered /5.  It marked my 6th different parallel of this card I had shown off.

I had already shown off a few of the rainbow parallels in the past dating back to last year.

black numbered/100
camo numbered 10/15

gold numbered 34/50

red numbered 12/25 and sepia numbered 45/75

Today I'm showing off my 7th parallel of the recent free agent backstop.

It's the un numbered orange prallel.  I'm going to keep trying to add these to my collection as long as they come up.  This one ran me just $1.25 delivered.  

Orange is the New Black: Sorta

Because it's Halloween week still, I'm going to show off a card I wanted to highlight earlier in the week, but due to the ongoing Save the Boobies contest, I couldn't.

To show my Halloween spirit, here's a card that features both orange and black.  I grabbed this dollar gem earlier in the year when America's Pasttime came out.  It's numbered 86/125
