McCutchen Mailday #103: This will pair nicely with my Superfractor

Remember when I got that Superfractor Rookie Card of Cutch?

This will go nicely with it.

Since May 2nd, I have only posted 3 times. I'm hoping to get back on track and maybe in doing so Cutch can get back on track to his career levels.

McCutchen Mailday #98 & 99: Two Low Number Parallels from 2010

Chrome cards of Cutch from 2010 don't pop up very often, but when I saw both of these hit and end within minutes of one another, I knew that I had to try and win them both so that I can add them to my latest batch of Cutch PC additions in 2016.

Mission accomplished.

The scan on the Orange Bowman Chrome refractor kept cutting the card off because of the way that year's release warped.  I assure you the card is perfectly centered (9.5 easily)
Both parallels are numbered to only 25 copies.  The Bowman Chrome was purchased for about half the price of the Red Refractor Topps Chrome.

McCutchen Mailday #87 and 88: A Pair of Low Number Parallels

Today's Cutch PC Additions bring us two lower numbered parallels.  The Orange Bowman's Best refractor /25 was snagged for only $8, while the Black Chrome Refractor /67 was bought for $30.

Clearly it's nothing like the 1/1 rookie Superfractor of Cutch I showed yesterday, but it was a pair of cards I needed to add for the Cutch PC.

I have really changed my focus on card collecting the past year and a half. Instead of buying up lots of parallels, autos, etc of guys like Jose Tabata and Matt Capps, I am strictly sticking to being a Supercollector of Charlie Morton and Andrew McCutchen in addition to being a base team set collector for Topps, Stadium Club, Ginter, and Heritage. I suppose I will continue to add the base cards of Donruss as long as they are continued to be produced.

Tribute, Museum, Triple Threads?

These are some of the highest end products released each year by Topps.
Add in some low numbered parallels from Panini and you have my latest lot of Cutch's I've purchased.

Chasing Rainbows: Russell Martin Orange Chrome Refractor

Last month I showed off my Pink Refractor of Russ numbered /5.  It marked my 6th different parallel of this card I had shown off.

I had already shown off a few of the rainbow parallels in the past dating back to last year.

black numbered/100
camo numbered 10/15

gold numbered 34/50

red numbered 12/25 and sepia numbered 45/75

Today I'm showing off my 7th parallel of the recent free agent backstop.

It's the un numbered orange prallel.  I'm going to keep trying to add these to my collection as long as they come up.  This one ran me just $1.25 delivered.  

Orange is the New Black

My girlfriend has been having mini marathons of the show Orange is the New Black.
Has anyone seen it?  If you have watched it, let me know what you think because quite frankly I haven't given it a chance.

Instead I bought an orange refractor of one of my favorite pitchers not named Charlie Morton.  The above card ran me $2 delivered.
